All but two of the tracks are written by themselves and are fully within the ethos of folk music. Cutthroats, Crooks and Conmen is about the rape of our services by the get rich quick brigade, and is as good as anything by Robb, Leon or Billy. My other favourite is Welcome to the Sparrow Club. Paranoia and hysteria is fanned by the media terrorists round every corner illegal immigrants foreign diseases to make Britain the insular suspicious racist country she so often is.
This is a fine CD, if you already know them you will add it to your collection, if not, give it a listen its well worth your time.
